ISO: Young adults with fresh ideas about preparing youth for success!

Text on a dark background inviting young adults to learn how to build successful youth development nonprofit organizations from scratch.

Hello Friends:

It is time to prepare the next generation of nonprofit leaders to provide opportunities and resources to help our youth reach their full potential.

Specifically, this summer, I want to teach young adults how to:

  • Start a 501(c)(3) youth development nonprofit organization.
  • Build a customized nonprofit organization from scratch.
  • Complete all of the legal requirements to operate safely.
  • Develop an effective and efficient enrollment process.
  • Create qualitative goals and quantitative objectives.
  • and much more …

WHY NOW?

If you watch the news or read other reports about the state of our youth, you know that too many of our youth are making poor decisions that will impact them for the rest of their lives. We can debate the causes of the increases in juvenile delinquency, but how does that solve the problem?

WHY ME?

  • As you may know, God blessed me with the vision to start the Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program for Black Male Youth in 2008. We operated successfully for five years.
  • Since 2010, I’ve completed the Form 1023 application to help over 400 people start and reinstate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations representing 33 states. My IRS approval rating is 100 percent.
  • My 28-year corporate career as an Instructional Designer (Content Creator) taught me how to create online and instructor-led courses.
  • I sincerely desire to pass the torch of nonprofit leadership to the next generation, especially those interested in helping our youth.
