Thank you for collaborating with me to prepare the documents for your application.
Follow the steps below to create an ID.me account, which provides access to the Form 1023 portal to finish the application process.
IMPORTANT! Do not add facial recognition or passkeys when creating your ID.me account. If you add those elements, I can’t access the Form 1023 portal.
NOTE: Please follow the steps using a desktop computer (if feasible). If you try to follow the steps on a smartphone, the screens won’t match. Read all the steps before you start.
| 1 | Go to Pay.gov – Home. |
| 2 | Click the Sign-In button in the top-right corner of the screen. |
| 3 | Click the Create an Account blue button on the lower-left of the screen. |
| 4 | Click the green Sign in with ID.me button. |
| 5 | Select the Create an ID.me account blue link. |
| 6 | Complete the required information. |
| 7 | Click the Create Account button. |
| 8 | Write down the email address and password you used to create the account. |
| 9 | Click here to send that information to me. |
| 10 | I will contact you after I receive the information. |
