Nonprofits financial reports due!

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) mandates that all 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations file the appropriate “Form 990 Information Returns” every year — even if the nonprofit organization generated zero revenues the prior year. Note: The “Form 990 Information Return” is the nonprofit financial report.

The amount of revenues 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations generate each year determines the type of “Form 990 Information Return” required. If you fail to file the appropriate “Form 990 Information Return” for three consecutive years, the IRS automatically revokes your 501(c)(3) status. You will receive a letter that states “your nonprofit status is revoked.”

Relax and allow us to file for you!

If your 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization generated less than $50,000 the prior year, then your organization qualifies to complete the Form 990N (ePostcard). We are happy to file it for your organization.

Our team will create an IRS account for your nonprofit organization, complete the steps to file the Form 990N (ePostcard), and send you a filing confirmation receipt for your permanent records for only $50.
