501(c)(3) application completion services

Facilitate mandatory phone consultations.
Provide Contractual Agreement.
Susan sends a Contractual Agreement to the client after they decide to hire her to complete their 501(c)(3) application.
The contractual agreement outlines all of the tasks Susan completes for her clients, the benefits, refund policy, and other pertinent information.
It also includes a PayPal link to process the $1,500 payment which serves as a confirmation of understanding of the terms and conditions.
Confirm payment receipt.
After the client processes the $1,500 payment, Susan confirms payment.
Susan sends the application completion Timeline to allow the client to track progress over the 20-business-day completion period.
Acquire Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Susan acquires the EIN from the IRS for the client’s application packet.
Write Conflict of Interest Policy.
Susan writes the Conflict of Interest Policy which confirms that the nonprofit organization will provide community services and will not provide unreasonable benefits to the nonprofit team.
Susan writes the Bylaws which govern the operations of the nonprofit.
Write the Narrative Description of Activities.
Susan writes the Narrative Description of Activities which includes the following sections (click each link to learn more about the sections).
Write the Financial Data Report.
Susan writes the Financial Data Report which includes the projected gross revenues and required expenses required to implement the programs and services described in the Narrative Description of Activities.
Write Fundraising Activities.
Susan writes the Fundraising Activities to list the types of revenue generation strategies the nonprofit organization will use to offer programs.
File Articles of Incorporation.
Susan completes the application to file the Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State Office in which the nonprofit will operate.
Complete Form 1023: Application for Recognition of Exemption.
Susan completes the new electronic long version of the “Form 1023: Application for Recognition of Exemption” which is the official application required to apply for 501(c)(3) status.
The “Form 1023” includes ten parts and eight schedules (listed below) which Susan completes from start to finish for her clients:
Complete three drafts of applicable documents.
Susan completes three drafts of the documents at no additional cost.
Upload the application packet to the client’s pay.gov account.
Susan organizes and uploads the Form 1023 application and all supplemental response documents to the Pay.gov account on behalf of the client.
Process the IRS application processing fee.
Susan sends the client an e-mail notification which includes the steps for them to process the IRS application processing fee through their Pay.gov account.
