Tax-exempt organizations such as 501(c)(3) nonprofits must file the Form 990 even if they generate <strong>ZERO<\/strong> revenues to avoid revocation. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title has-background\" style=\"background-color:#e6dfcc\"><strong>What are the primary types of Form 990 Information Returns?<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\" style=\"border-color:#e6dfcc\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Form 990N (ePostcard)<\/strong> &#8211; organizations with $50,000 or less in gross revenues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Form 990EZ<\/strong> &#8211; organizations with $50,0001 &#8211; $199,999 in gross revenues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Form 990<\/strong> &#8211; organizations with $200,000 or over in gross revenues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title has-background\" style=\"background-color:#e6dfcc\"><strong>When should you file the Form 990 Information Returns?<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\" style=\"border-color:#e6dfcc\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The Form 990&#8217;s are due on the 15th day of the fifth month after the fiscal year ends.
