Thank you for collaborating with me to prepare the documents for your application. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow the steps below to create an ID.me account, <\/strong>which provides access to the Form 1023 portal to finish the application process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMPORTANT! Do not add facial recognition or passkeys when creating your ID.me account. If you add those elements, I can’t access the Form 1023 portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE: Please follow the steps using a desktop computer (if feasible). If you try to follow the steps on a smartphone, the screens won’t match. Read all the steps before you start.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1<\/td>Go to Pay.gov – Home<\/a>.<\/td><\/tr>
2<\/td>Click the Sign-In <\/strong>button in the top-right corner of the screen.<\/td><\/tr>
3<\/td>Click the Create an Account <\/strong>blue button on the lower-left of the screen.<\/td><\/tr>
4<\/td>Click the green Sign in with ID.me <\/strong>button.<\/td><\/tr>
5<\/td>Select the Create an ID.me<\/strong> account blue link.<\/td><\/tr>
6<\/td>Complete the required information.<\/td><\/tr>
7<\/td>Click the Create Account <\/strong>button. <\/td><\/tr>
8<\/td>Write down the email address and password you used to create the account.<\/td><\/tr>
9<\/td>Click here<\/a> to send that information to me. <\/td><\/tr>
10<\/td>I will contact you after I receive the information.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
