Susan uses an Excel spreadsheet to create the Financial Data Report including formulas to provide narrative information about revenues and expenses.
She starts with determining the expenses required to offer the services described in the Your Activities document using verifiable source documents. Then she projects the types of revenues the nonprofit organization will generate to cover the expenses.
