03 – Developing Revenue Generation Teams

ALL nonprofit organizations and churches need to money to survive. We cannot offer community-based services without money … plain and simple. We need money to offer program services for the people we are helping.

Depending upon the type of program services offered, you may need supplies, equipment, food, clothing, and so on. We also need money to cover operational expenses such as utilities, transportation fuel, liability insurance, and so on. Finally, we need money to cover personnel expenses to pay our employees, contractors, and professional advisors.

The “Developing Revenue Generation Teams for Nonprofit Organizations” free two-hour online webinar guides you through the steps of developing a team of people who will generate the revenues (money) required to operate your nonprofit organization successfully and to sustain it for years to come.

Specifically, you learn how to complete the following tasks:

  • write an organizational budget,
  • present the budget to the Board of Directors,
  • assign budget requirements to the Revenue Generation Team Manager,
  • delegate job responsibilities to the Request for Proposals (RFP) Research Specialists, Grant Writers, Fundraisers, and Ambassadors.

If you are serious about generating revenues for your 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or church, please attend this class.
