Reinstatement Services

Did the IRS revoke your nonprofit’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit status due to failure to file the appropriate Form 990 Information Return for three consecutive years?

If your answer is yes, then Susan can help you reinstate the 501(c)(3) status for your nonprofit organization.

In order to reinstate 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, Susan will complete the Form 1023 application packet for your nonprofit again. In addition, Susan will help you determine which of the four reinstatement options is best for your nonprofit organization.

She will also complete the additional documentation required for a reinstatement application including reasonable cause statements and other documents.
